What are the Towel Features?
- The gym towels are 90x50cm and 120cmx60cm- great size to fit equipment and to keep you clean and dry during your workout. The golf towels are 60x40cm.

How are Microfiber towels different from my normal gym towel?
At Cheeky Winx we have microfiber towels made with the highest quality blend of polyester and polyamide. Making it the new game changer of towels as they are compact, lightweight, fast drying, soft to touch, ultra absorbent and also when needed sand free for those beach workouts. Although some people can find the feeling of the microfiber fabric different to what you might normally use if you've only ever used cotton, but trust us it's game changing.
How do I care for my towel?
Recommend to wash separately in a cold machine wash then hang it out to dry. Try not to use fabric softener as over time it can reduce the absorbency of the towel and you'll want it to last as long as possible.
Where is the location of the monogramming?
The monogramming is at the bottom of the towel of the towel on the right hand side of the funky ( main print ) side. If you want it to be on the other side, just leave a note at checkout and we can do that for you! Please note if the towel is monogrammed, one side of the towel will show the backing of the thread.
What colours do you monogram?
White, Black, Pink and Blue!
How many letters can I have embroidered?
Up to 10 letters can be monogrammed on the towel.
Can you do custom orders?

What’s your Refund Policy?
We offer exchanges or credit notes on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in original condition, unused with all original attachments, labels and tags intact otherwise it cannot be returned. Email us at email@example.com and we will let you know the next steps.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer when an exchange has been requested except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
We do not offer an exchange or refund on any monogrammed item. Cheeky Winx prides itself on providing products to our customers that are of the highest standard. We employ a very strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items dispatched.
In the event you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty or if you have received incorrect monogramming on your item. Please notify us of a fault within 14 days of delivery by providing a detailed description of the fault, along with pictures as proof via email to firstname.lastname@example.org where we endeavor to respond within 48 hours to reach a satisfactory resolve and assist with your returns process. If a refund is requested once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund where it may take 5 -7 days for your funds to appear in your account.

Will I get a confirmation email once I place my order?
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is processed.
Allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch except during sale periods there may be a delay in processing. When personalisation is selected please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order.

Our warehouse is based in Queensland, Australia so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

How do I track my delivery?
With every purchase you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched! This will include a delivery estimate and a tracking link once this is available through the nominated tracking service.
